WHAT WE OFFER

GLOBAL HEALTH PARTNERSHIPS

Group Contracts for Digital Health Solutions

Leveraging Médis’ health track record of +25 years of experience, and joining forces with other companies in Ageas Group, brings us the bargaining power to close competitive global health partnerships. The Healthcare Ecosystem has been focusing on seeking global digital health providers, who can address different local/OpCo needs and expectations on specific solutions

Symptom Checker and Wellness Program are the first global health partnerships in action. With these global agreements, all Ageas OpCos can benefit from exclusive discounts on the final contract price

Purpose

The provider selection process
usually follows a 4-step approach

1. Research and players assessment

We start by conducting intensive research about consumers’ perspectives, trends and macro needs, as well as benchmarking potential global players to identify their solutions’ maturity and features. An initial list of players comes out to assess

3. Ranking and Shortlist

An evaluation of each component of the criteria matrix is performed for all assessed players, as well as the comparison of players ranking, overall and per dimension. A final shortlist with the top players is delivered

2. Criteria Matrix and Meetings

A comprehensive criteria matrix is defined, including the capabilities and functionalities with different significance levels/weight, to guide the assessment. Then, meetings and dedicated demos with each player of the list are followed to assess, in a deeper level, their value proposition and fit with Ageas Group ambition

4. Final Selection and Development

Finally, a provider is recommended as the final choice, subject to Board approval, and the implementation process is followed (functional analysis, design partnership setup, local MVPs, business model definition, agreement, and deployment)
